Yang: Compared with the popular thermal CTP on the market, the greatest strength of CTP for traditional PS plate is the price of consumption materials. Let’s make a calculation. If we save 10 Yuan per square meters for using traditional PS plate, but not CTP plates in a small or medium printing enterprise with plate output of 5000 plate / month, the cost of plates we can save in one year comes to 600,000 Yuan which is almost the price of a domestic thermal CTP. In fact, the key advantage is its resistance rate and duplicated printing in some special fields like package. Generally speaking, the higher photosensitivity is, the lower resistance rate is. While it has been proved in practice that traditional Ps plates have higher resistance rate, so when the problems of photosensitivity are solved, PS shall surpass the other kinds of plates.

Traditional PA plates have three models: YP-2,YP-Sand YP-UVP. Yp-2 is the most common. YP-S is of fast sensitivity, which photosensitivity is higher than YP-2, while YP-UVP is of high sensitivity which is highest among the three. CTCP or UV CTP on the market usually uses YP-UVP. The price of it is also the highest. We are confident of Ausetter because it can use normal PS plates and we can stably finish plate making on traditional plates when the power of optical pick-up is set at 50%.

At certain time, they can stop the leasing, for example, when the plate output comes to certain number, they can choose to buy CTP. Our rules enable them to quit without high cost.
